Hybrid The Position - The Manager, Learning and Development, plays
a pivotal role in shaping and executing the learning strategy,
driving innovation in learning experiences, and ensuring alignment
with Children's Health business and talent priorities. - Reporting
to the Senior Director of Learning and Talent Management, this role
will help develop an enterprise-wide learning strategy and lead a
team of six direct reports. - Ideal candidates will be
collaborative and respectful leaders capable of building strong
relationships. They should be selfless leaders who empower others,
support and nurture growth opportunities, and actively listen to
and validate team concerns. Candidates must also be adaptable, with
a strategic business focus and a dedication to process improvement
and modernized ideas. - This position primarily offers a hybrid
work arrangement, with in-office days coordinated with leadership.
Candidates must reside in Texas or be willing to relocate.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree
preferred. - Certification in learning and/or talent development
tools and leadership facilitation is strongly preferred. - A
minimum of eight years of leadership development and program
experience, coupled with at least five years of demonstrated
expertise in leadership development is required. The Organization -
