Job Description:
At GEICO, a leader in the auto insurance industry, we are
currently seeking a Commercial Insurance Agent (IA Support Agent)
to join our team. This role is instrumental in ensuring the
provision of high-quality commercial insurance services to our
customers. Focused on delivering exceptional customer service, this
position involves supporting a wide range of insurance products
tailored to meet the unique needs of our commercial clients. The
ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adept at navigating complex
insurance policies, and committed to sustaining the high standards
of service and innovation that GEICO is known for. Assist in the
underwriting of commercial insurance policies. Provide support to
clients by answering policy queries and offering detailed
information on coverage choices. Review and process applications
and endorsements for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with
internal teams to address and resolve client issues swiftly.
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and
transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and
comments. Stay current with the latest industry trends and coverage
solutions to provide the best advice and service to clients. Strong
understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in
data analysis and risk assessment. Ability to manage multiple
priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level of accuracy and
attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Possession of or eligibility to
obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) License.
