Job Description:

Fidelity Investments seeks a seasoned Director in our Regulatory Compliance department to lead and enhance our Alternative Investments, Regulatory Reporting & Product Strategy operations. Within this role, you'll oversee the compliance and strategic planning for alternative investment products ensuring both innovative growth and strict adherence to regulatory standards. This includes managing the design, implementation, and ongoing regulation of these products, as well as directing strategic operational improvements to maximize efficiency and compliance. Develop and implement regulatory strategies for alternative investment products. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure full regulatory compliance. Direct the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports. Monitor regulatory changes affecting alternative investments and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with product development teams to align new products with market demands and regulatory requirements. Deliver internal briefings and reports on regulatory compliance status and initiatives. Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and other relevant financial services legislation. Experience in product development and management within financial services. Proven capability in leading compliance or regulatory reporting teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and the ability to manage complex projects. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CFA charterholder or similar certification is preferred. Advanced knowledge of compliance systems and reporting tools.
