our team in support of the Department of Justice’s (DoJ)
groundbreaking program aimed at strengthening the infrastructure,
enhancing cybersecurity, and improving user experience across US
Marshals Service (USMS) districts. This IT modernization initiative
is a critical component of ensuring the effectiveness and security
of our nation’s law enforcement operations. We are looking for an
experienced Governance Framework Analyst to join our team on this

Responsibilities: Interpret and analyze organizational policies to
ensure alignment with governance frameworks and regulatory
requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive governance
framework documentation, including policies, procedures, and
guidelines. Conduct risk analysis to identify potential governance
risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Perform compliance
auditing to ensure the organization adheres to internal policies
and external regulations. Assess the impact of emerging
technologies on governance frameworks and recommend adjustments as
needed. Integrate federal regulations into the organization’s
governance framework to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Define and implement governance metrics to measure the
effectiveness of governance processes and frameworks. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to align governance strategies with
business objectives and IT strategies. Develop and maintain
comprehensive documentation for governance processes,
configurations, and procedures. Stay current with emerging
governance technologies, trends, and best practices. Participate in
the procurement and evaluation of governance tools and software.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
in all governance efforts. Conduct regular reviews and audits of
governance processes to identify areas for improvement. Contribute
to the continuous improvement of governance strategies and
methodologies. Engage in knowledge-sharing activities and training
sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities. Qualifications:
Required: Active DoD Public Trust clearance or US citizen with
ability to obtain Public Trust upon hire Master’s degree in
Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Governance Framework Analyst
or in a similar governance role. Strong skills in policy
interpretation and analysis. Proficiency in developing and
maintaining governance framework documentation. Experience in
conducting risk analysis and recommending mitigation strategies.
Expertise in performing compliance auditing and ensuring regulatory
compliance. Knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on
governance frameworks. Experience in integrating federal
regulations into organizational governance frameworks. Strong
skills in defining and implementing governance metrics. Excellent
problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Desired: Certifications such as Certified in
Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information
Systems Auditor (CISA), or equivalent. Experience with governance,
risk, and compliance (GRC) tools and software. Knowledge of
international regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 31000).
Familiarity with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks.
Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare,

final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location,
Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage
rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and

location, the range shown is the national average for the position.
The proposed salary range for this position is: $95,500-$210,100
