Job Description:
Fidelity Investments, a renowned leader in financial services,
is seeking a Senior Manager for our Digital Assets Shareholder
Reporting team. This pivotal role sits at the heart of our finance
operations, offering a unique opportunity to drive innovation and
efficiency in shareholder communications within the digital assets
space. The Senior Manager will oversee the preparation and
distribution of detailed financial reporting and communications
related to various digital assets managed by Fidelity. This role
requires a deep understanding of both traditional finance and
emerging digital asset markets, coupled with a strong capability in
managing teams and projects to deliver high-quality, accurate
reporting. Oversee the preparation, review, and distribution of
periodic shareholder reports for digital assets. Implement and
maintain reporting standards and procedures to comply with
regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborate with IT
and data teams to enhance reporting systems and data accuracy.
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering an
environment of continuous improvement and innovation. Stay abreast
of industry trends in blockchain and digital assets to continuously
improve reporting and processes. Coordinate with compliance, legal,
and audit departments to ensure all reporting meets required
guidelines and regulations. Participate in strategic planning
sessions to improve shareholder communications and operational
efficiency. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting
principles Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital
currencies Experience with data analysis and financial forecasting
Proven managerial and leadership skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills High proficiency in financial and data
management software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification preferred.
Additional certifications in blockchain or digital assets are
advantageous.
