Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude. Verify patient information and ensure all necessary documents are accurately completed. Manage appointment schedules and coordinate with medical staff to maintain an efficient workflow. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with appointment scheduling. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Provide bilingual (Spanish) communication support to patients as needed.
