Description of the role: As a Service Writer at Park Cities Auto
Care, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries,
scheduling service appointments, and ensuring excellent customer
service throughout the service process. Responsibilities: Interact
with customers to determine their service needs Schedule service
appointments and communicate effectively with customers Coordinate
with the service team to ensure timely completion of work Provide
