Ensure a safe and clean environment for all children. Support children during meals and nap times, fostering healthy habits. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions for professional growth. Promote positive behavior and conflict resolution among children. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a daycare or educational setting is a plus. Passion for working with children and fostering their development. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Background check clearance required.
