team!About the Role:This fully remote role supports a dedicated
region (AZ, CO, UT, WY, NM, NV) and nationwide. A Market President
is responsible for achieving sales targets to meet company
objectives within a defined territory, with the ability to sell
into other territories nationally; including direct sales,
upselling to existing clients, national group sales, and channel
partner sales.Qualified Candidates Need:
- Extensive fixed-ops experience, preferably with a background in
selling fixed operations solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive service
department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and execution of sales policies and
practices.
- Coordinate communications, support sales plan objectives, and
meet organizational expenditure requirements in collaboration with
the VP of Marketing.
- Develop and recommend sales strategies based on market research
and competitor analysis.
- Implement approved distribution strategies.
- Manage multiple channel sales strategies.
- Build, develop, and manage a sales team capable of executing
sales and service initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with account managers regarding
activities.
- Disseminate product knowledge, initiatives, and trends to the
team.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with retail
managers and representatives, ensuring open communication
channels.Market President Daily Activity Expectations:
- Travel approximately 3 days per week in-market.
- Visit 10+ dealers daily to generate new opportunities.
- Conduct an average of 2 meetings per day.
- Spend 50+ minutes on calls and send 25+ emails daily from the
office.
- Use SugarCRM to document and update the sales funnel.
- Utilize Dynaquote to produce proforma and investment figures
for closing new accounts.
- Send DocuSign agreements to all decision-makers
post-meetings.Additional tools include strategic market planning
and mapping technology to optimize travel efficiency. We hold
weekly team huddles, sales meetings, and occasional Allego video
training to support ongoing development.In Return for Your

$90,000 - $100,000, plus a variable component ranging from $100,000
