and associate experiences in your store. You are empowered to drive

- Use tools and reporting to oversee store profitability,

- Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail
plans.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including
opening and closing.You'll bring to the role
- 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience
(preferred)
- Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and
associates
- Strong people management skills and an ability to develop
talent
- Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

- Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale
system
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and
create action plans to drive results
- Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate,
