Job Description:

Job Summary:The Registered Nurse Float at Christus Health plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of the nursing team, this position requires a strong leader who can assess patient needs, develop effective care plans, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.Responsibilities:

Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients of all ages, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to established standards and protocols.
Supervise and direct assigned personnel in delivering patient care, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to provide high-quality care.
Administer and perform specialized nursing care according to assigned unit and treatments ordered for patients.Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas or CompactWork Arrangement:Per Diem As Needed
