• We are hiring immediately for a Part-Time School Dietitian in the greater Dallas, Texas area.

  We are seeking an Hourly Private School Registered Dietitian to join our wellness team with FLIK Independent Schools in the Greater Dallas, TX area. This dietitian will assist with school wellness events approximately once per week- 5 hours per event with travel time around the Dallas area. The schedule is Monday-Friday, usually midday events.
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively present nutrition and sustainability education developed by FLIK's Regional Wellness Team, across a variety of platforms for health fairs, lunch & learns, program launches, client meetings and school wellness events.
  • Maintain in-depth and current knowledge of child and adult nutrition guidelines as outlined by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and the American Medical Association
  • Maintain in-depth and current knowledge of FLIK's sustainability program and initiatives
  • Assist in manager and team-member food allergy and nutrition training programs
  • Maintain registered dietitian credentials and remain in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration by staying current with professional development portfolio CPEs. Qualifications:
    • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
    • Ability to travel to several schools in the Dallas, TX area
    • Working knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions required
    • Culinary and/or foodservice experience preferred
