  • Serve as the studio lead physician partner to the Studio Manager in a collaborative dyad model.
  • Provide clinical services to MOOV customers, including in-person and telehealth visits.
  • Create curated treatment plans for patients that encompass both conventional and non-conventional offerings.
  • Research current medical trends and treatments and provide recommendations on local adoption.
  • Communicate and promote MOOV's mission, vision, values, culture and strategy to team members.
  • Assure compliance with all regulatory policies and communicate those requirements to all healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor current and future healthcare and economic trends, assessing their potential impact on the practice and local geographic region.
  • Develop, implement and monitor an annual clinical practice management plan that includes goals and objectives to continually meet the expectations and provide value to patients, customers, healthcare providers and local community.
  • Co-lead local site administrative management team, by identifying clinical team members and aligning their responsibilities to achieve clinical practice goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new health providers, ensuring the practice is optimally staffed with qualified providers respective of the studio offerings.
  • Provide learning and development opportunities and mentoring to providers and other staff to enhance their clinical acumen, leadership skills, and overall professional growth.
  • Evaluate the performance of staff members in accordance with MOOV's policies and guidelines.
  • Monitor competence of health care providers with progressive improvement using appropriate metrics, counsel, suspend or remove staff from the schedule as necessary. Monitor operation and quality metrics and implement programs to improve performance and service delivery.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify and create new areas for clinical growth and revenue.
  • Oversee the yearly budget, financial performance measures and monitoring systems, and billing and reimbursement issues/systems.
  • Oversee all new clinical program offerings, implementation and evaluation of purpose, efficacy and delivery.
  • Bring forward innovative and creative programmatic solutions to address patient and customer needs and lead direct reports in doing similar.
  • Oversee and directs development, strategic planning, consultation and site support to improve operational and clinical performance, contract stability, customer satisfaction, financial viability and knowledge dissemination.
  • Design growth strategy for MOOV expansion from a clinical standpoint, taking into consideration the scalability of services.
  • Lead, direct, and review the work of team members in collaboration with the Studio Manager to accomplish studio initiatives, operational plans and results within the schedule and budget.
  • In collaboration with the Studio Manager, provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Build and maintain a positive working environment to train and develop the team to foster understanding of broad principles, policies, and procedures with a high level of customer service focus.
  • Mentor and coach team members to further develop competencies.
  • Provide input to hiring, firing, promotion, performance and rewards decisions for direct reports.
  • Lead and inspire the studio team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, fostering a customer-centric culture focused on personalized care and attention.
  • Develop and implement customer service standards, policies, and procedures to ensure outstanding, consistent service across all touchpoints.
  • Train and mentor staff on customer service techniques, communication skills, operating procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement, ensuring continuous service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey and ensure seamless integration of services.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, providing personalized support, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current with industry/market trends and emerging customer demands, ensuring the studio remains competitive.
  • Monitor industry competitors and benchmark customer experience standards to maintain excellence.
  • Utilize customer data and analytics to identify trends and opportunities to enhance customer experience.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs are represented in decision-making processes.
  • Drive loyalty and retention by collaborating with marketing and sales teams on customer-centric strategies.
  • Ensure a positive and welcoming studio environment, maintaining cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility.
  • Handle customer escalations promptly and effectively, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in targeted marketing strategies to attract new customers, including local partnerships, digital campaigns, and social media. This may involve being filmed or photographed for social media, podcasts, billboard images, etc.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources to increase customer inflow.
  • Leverage online reviews and testimonials to build brand credibility and attract new customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and ensure promotional materials effectively communicate the studio's unique value proposition.
  • Perform community engagement activities such as talks, webinars, workshops, and educational sessions to highlight MOOV's ethos and attract customers. Required Experience and Competencies
    • Licensed physician as a Medical Doctor (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.), Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), or equivalent in family medicine, internal medicine, or emergency medicine is required.
    • Maintain membership and privileges on the clinical site's medical staff and comply with and abide by the bylaws, rules and regulations, and the policies and procedures of the clinical site's medical staff where services are being provided.
    • Hold and maintain a current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state in which the clinical site is located and services are being provided.
    • Hold and maintain current, valid, and unrestricted federal and state registrations to prescribe and dispense controlled substances.
    • Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Business is preferred.
    • 2+ years as a medical director is preferred.
    • Lifestyle Medicine, Functional Medicine, Regenerative Medicine, Obesity Medicine, Integrative Medicine Fellowship Training is preferred.
    • Experience in a consumer-forward practice is preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
    • Competency in program development and implementation.
    • Organized, accountable, and able to self-manage workload with respect to key priorities.
    • Produces consistent results and meets clinical needs of studio.
    • Works well within teams and individually.
    • Ability to influence, persuade, and win others over to achieve business goals.
    • Operates with integrity, honesty, and transparency.
    • Strong knowledge of health and wellness industry trends, practices, and standards.
    • Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
    • Solid understanding of business principles, including budgeting, financial management, and profitability analysis.
    • Ability to develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and customer service capabilities.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and make informed business decisions.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance and creating a safe environment for customers and staff.
