They improve patient outcomes and their techniques. /n Essential Functions of the Role /n /n - You will create and assess professional development programs aligned with current methodologies to promote ongoing learning. /n - You'll identify the needs of our staff, work closely with various teams, and modify educational material to suit those needs. /n - You will help implement education plans. You will create a positive environment to reach our goals. /n - You'll design and assess educational activities and projects. You'll engage team members and implement evidence-based content. /n - Use reliable methods to evaluate program outcomes. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. - At least (2) two years of pertinent experience is essential. - (RN) Registered Nurse license and (BLS) Basic Life Support certification. If not BLS certified yet, they must obtain it within (30) thirty days of hire.
