As part of a larger healthcare system with ongoing investment in
emergency services, this location offers: - Level IV Trauma Center
- 25-bed emergency department - A busy and well-established ED with
37,500 annual visits - 2 to 2.5 patients per hour - 20% admission
rate - Strong team culture with 38 hours of physician coverage
daily and 12 hours of APC coverage - Located just 1-hour northeast
of Dallas - Supportive administrative partnership focused on
high-quality patient outcomes Position Details - Start date:
flexible/immediate - Shifts: 9- and 10-hour physician shifts with
consistent daily coverage - EMR: Cerner - Scribes available -
Independent Contractor (1099) status - Flat base rate RVU; very
lucrative compensation Qualifications - Board certified or board
eligible in EM *preferred - Minimum of 3 years of emergency
medicine experience required for family medicine (FM) and internal
medicine (IM) candidates - Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working independently in a busy, community-based
