Job Title: Travel RN ER Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Emergency Department License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: 1. 1.5 years of ER experience 2. Good prioritization and time management skills Description: The role involves providing patient-centered care in a busy emergency department. The unit has a total of 54 beds and approximately 125 staff members. Daily staffing includes charge nurses, registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and paramedics. Patient ratios are typically 4:1. Familiarity with electronic medical records, specifically Meditech, is preferred. Candidates should be team players and possess strong communication skills. Rotating weekends are required as part of the shift schedule.
