Opportunity – Pediatric Cardiac ICU Registered Nurse – Dallas,
Texas Start Date: 12/15/2025 Location: Dallas, Texas Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 8-week
assignment with 48 hours guaranteed weekly; rotating weekends (day
shift: Saturday and Sunday; night shift: Friday and Saturday); no
call required Highlights: Pediatric Cardiac ICU with 27-bed
capacity utilizing an acuity adaptive model for ICU and step-down
level patients Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:3 depending on
acuity and census Work with specialized cardiac equipment including
ECMO, CRRT, arterial and central lines, and Servo U ventilators EMR
system: Meditech Opportunity to float to PICU, NICU, pediatric
med-surg, and pediatric oncology units Collaborative team
environment with dedicated charge nurses and support staff on every
shift Requirements: Minimum 1 year of Pediatric CICU/CVICU
experience as a staff nurse, OR minimum 2 years of dedicated PICU
experience Experience caring for patients with congenital heart
disease and post-operative CHD management Proficiency in management
of arterial lines, central lines, and transthoracic lines Current
PALS and BLS certifications required Preferred: 2 years of
Pediatric CICU/CVICU experience; 1 year experience with neonatal
cardiac patients (pre-op and post-op management) Why It's a Great
