Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Tyler, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,710 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience License: Active nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; PALS and TNCC preferred Must-Have: Level I Trauma experience required Must-Have: Epic charting experience required Must-Have: Travel experience required Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our ICU. This position involves working in a Trauma ICU setting. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of ICU experience. Experience with Level I Trauma care is required. Candidates should be familiar with the Epic charting system. Travel experience is necessary for this role. Certifications required include ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. PALS and TNCC certifications are preferred. The patient ratio in this unit is 1:2. Float requirements include ICU, IMC, and Tele as needed. The unit consists of 14 rooms and 16 beds. This position involves managing high-acuity patients, including those on ventilators. Candidates should have skills in blood product administration and central line management.
