As part of our team, you will work within a dynamic pharmacy setting, contributing to both inpatient and outpatient care processes, ensuring the safe and accurate delivery of medications to our patients. Review and execute physician's prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster Maintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products Monitor drug therapies, advising interventions, and inform patients of any potential side effects Educate healthcare and clinical staff on the proper use of medications Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Manage and train pharmacy staff and oversee their performance In-depth knowledge of drug administration and health & safety guidelines Strong understanding of hospital and retail pharmacy operations and procedures Excellent communication and decision-making skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state pharmacists’ license from the Board of Pharmacy Certification in Basic Life Support and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be an advantage
