below. Title: Phlebotomist II Location: 4001 Long Prairie Road,
Flower Mound TX 75028 Contract Duration: 3 months. Hrs/Wk: 40.00hrs
Pay Rate: $18/ Hr to $22.50/ Hr on W2. Required Education: High
school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant
or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification
preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington. Work
Experience: Three years of phlebotomy experience required,
inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
Customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience. Additional Job Details: Need a
skilled phlebotomist with 2 years' experience with strong skill set
for high volume PSC in Flower Mound, Tx hours Mon-Fri 8-5pm. State
of Credentials Licenses Required: No Shift/Time Zone: Mon-Fri
8am-5pm
