Job Description We are seeking a Pulmonary/ Critical Care
physician for a practice opportunity in the Dallas/ Fort Worth
area. Highlights are: Base compensation: $288,000 annually for 20
full shifts per month, no more than 6 shifts designated as nights
Example of 20 full shifts: Day Call (5 days), ICU Call (7 days)
Night Call (6 nights) and clinic (2 full days) So this gives you 10
days off per month (unless you want to work more). Additional
shifts are compensated at $1,200 per Discretionary bonus equal to
40% of adjusted contribution: Example of one employed physician
this year (Q1 bonus was $22,078 and Q2 bonus was $16,233) We
provide medical insurance for provider (and currently covering
family as well) Life Insurance Long-term disability Professional
liability Short-term disability Moving allowance CME of $2,500
