The University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine in East Texas
seeking BE/BC Faculty Pulmonologist for an outpatient opportunity.
Affiliated with 502-bed Level 1 Trauma Center, UT Health Tyler, in
Tyler, TX, is searching a Pulmonologist to join its highly skilled
Pulmonology Department and team. New graduates are welcome to
apply. Your Work: - Outpatient Clinic setting, Monday-Friday 8
a.m.- 5 p.m. - Join a team of 6 physicians and 5 APPs - No Call -
Enjoy established patient base(15) patients daily - EBUS and
bronchoscopy available for those interested in procedures - Team
player needed to work within an established OP setting with
exceptional team members. - This includes performing comprehensive
assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and
evaluating patients for ongoing treatment. - Serve as a resource
and mentor to nursing staff, residents, fellows, and APPs.
Facilitate educational sessions and contribute to the overall
development of protocols and guidelines within the framework of the
academic OP clinic setting. - Participate in quality improvement
initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety, optimizing clinical
outcomes, and improving care within all measured delivery
processes. - Contributes to research projects, scholarly
activities, and evidence-based practice initiatives within the OP
clinic and academic institution. - Utilize Epic EMR Recruitment

development. Construction is currently underway on a five-story,
248,000-square-foot Medical Education Building (MEB) in Tyler’s

Health System. The building is scheduled for completion in the fall
