Physical Therapist Location: Lufkin, TX Agency: Jackson Therapy
Partners Pay: $2,219 to $2,419 per week Shift Information: 5 days x
8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Looking for a change of
scenery and a chance to help others? Join a traveling Physical
Therapist role in Lufkin, TX providing home health services where
you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic
conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from
an accredited program approved by the APTA. Current Physical
Therapy license in the state of Texas required to start the
assignment. Current CPR certification required. Must have a current
driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
for travel within the agency service area. Home Health and
Homecare/Homebound (HCHB) experience required for this position.
Ability to complete patient evaluations, develop plans of care, and
document per state and CMS guidelines. Ability to participate in a
weekend rotation and be available on observed holidays as needed.
Preferred: Prior experience supervising PTAs and home health aides,
if allowed by state regulation. Assignment Details Facility Type:
Home Health. Position: Travel Physical Therapist. Status: Full
Time. Schedule: Requires schedule flexibility to meet patient
needs, including participation in a weekend rotation and potential
holiday availability. Clinical Duties: Evaluate functional status,
develop and implement PT plan of care, perform interventions to
improve mobility and function, document progress per agency policy,
and provide patient/caregiver education. Travel Requirements:
Visits patients across the agency service area and may cover nearby
agency service areas as needed. Location Highlights. Lufkin offers
