Company Overview HiveHEALTH is a newly formed healthtech venture
piloting in Texas. We’re redefining virtual care by serving as the
“Uber” between patients and providers—connecting people with
accessible, trauma-informed, culturally aware healthcare through an
all-in-one telehealth platform. Our mission is to meet people where
they are—in body, mind, and life—by delivering care that truly sees
and serves the whole person. Position Overview HiveHEALTH is
seeking Texas-licensed General Practitioners (MD or DO) to join as
founding clinical partners on a contract basis for our pilot launch
in Texas. As our first provider, you’ll deliver trauma-informed,
whole-person care via telehealth to cash-pay and subscription-based
patients. You’ll collaborate with therapists, trauma coaches, and
wellness providers while helping shape HiveHEALTH’s clinical model,
workflows, and patient experience. This is a unique opportunity to

of virtual care. Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate,
patient-centered primary care via telehealth (30–60 min visits)
Diagnose and treat common physical and mental health conditions
Prescribe and manage medications, including for chronic conditions
Conduct preventive care, wellness visits, and basic screenings
Refer patients to specialty or allied providers as needed Document
care accurately and efficiently in the EMR (DrChrono) Collaborate
with HiveHEALTH’s therapists, trauma coaches, and wellness team
Support a cash-pay and subscription-based model of care Participate
in regular 1:1s to refine the care model and operations Ensure a
trauma-informed, LGBTQIA affirming, and culturally sensitive care
environment Qualifications Must Have: MD or DO, board-certified and
licensed in Texas 2 years of primary care experience 2 years of
telehealth experience Commitment to trauma-informed, whole-person
care Passion for serving underserved, marginalized, and diverse
populations Comfortable using EMRs and telehealth platforms
(DrChrono preferred) Excited to represent and grow a new,
mission-driven brand Willing to work core virtual care hours
Startup mindset: adaptable, communicative, and collaborative
Ideally carries own malpractice insurance Fluent English speaker
Nice to Have Prior experience building or growing a virtual care
practice Interest in integrative or holistic medicine No travel
required. Fully remote within the state of TX
