Job Description:
We're looking for dependable, fast-moving team members to work
both our sandwich line and hot food station. If you've got a sharp
eye, steady hands and a love of honest food done right, we want to
hear from you. We're a Louisiana-inspired fast casual shop serving
a selection of house-made poboys, fried-to-order shrimp, gumbo and
other Cajun classics all built on real flavor, tradition and care.
We're looking for someone ready to learn both cold and hot stations
and take pride in doing things the right way. What You'll Do-
Assemble sandwiches to order with consistency and speed- Work the
fryers, griddle and ovens- Keep your station clean, stocked and
prepared- Follow food safety procedures and uphold our quality
standards- Communicate with the team to keep service smooth and
efficient You'd Do Well Here If You- Move quickly, cleanly and with
purpose- Take direction and are willing to learn both stations- Are
punctual, reliable, and show up ready to work- Like working with a
small, focused crew that values respect and good food- Can keep
your cool in a fast-paced kitchen environment What We Offer-
