Job Description:

TransForce is seeking full-time professional drivers with a Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A) to join our team as Route Shuttle Drivers. As a recognized leader in staffing and compliance, TransForce offers a dynamic work environment where safety and efficiency are paramount. Successful candidates will ensure reliable transportation solutions for our respected clients by adhering to pre-established routes and schedules. Ensure timely delivery of freight over established routes Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Report defects, accidents, or violations Proven work experience as a truck driver Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc.) Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc.) Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) No serious tickets or accidents in last five years No DUI/DWI in last five years Pass DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests or refusals
