Lifespace Communities is seeking a proven technology executive to lead enterprise architecture, application modernization, and digital transformation across the organization. The Vice President, Architecture, Applications and Digital Technology own our most critical platforms including Workday HCM, Financials, Adaptive Planning, CRM, EMR, MarTech, Scheduling, and more while driving cloud, automation, and AI-enabled innovation that improves experiences for residents, families, and team members. You will build scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology foundations while delivering measurable business results. What You’ll Do Lead enterprise architecture & application modernization strategy Own and optimize major enterprise platforms (Workday, ERP, CRM, etc.) Drive cloud adoption, DevSecOps, automation, and AI-enabled workflows Reduce technical debt, improve reliability, and control technology costs Oversee application governance, integration, and vendor strategy Deliver intuitive digital experiences across web & mobile Lead large-scale transformation and organizational change Partner closely with Operations, HR, Finance, Clinical, and Executive leadership What We’re Looking For 15 years in enterprise architecture, applications, or digital leadership Proven success leading large SaaS and enterprise platform transformations Deep expertise in cloud, integration, application modernization & AI/GenAI Strong executive leadership, financial acumen, and change management skills Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI preferred) Why Lifespace Lead enterprise-wide transformation with visible impact Work with senior leadership shaping the future of senior living Competitive executive compensation & benefits Purpose-driven mission improving the lives of seniors If you’re ready to drive digital transformation at scale and build the future of enterprise technology, we’d love to meet you.
