Dunham & Jones, Attorneys at Law, P.C. is seeking a dedicated
Fort Worth Associate Attorney to join our legal team, specializing
in criminal defense and DWI cases. Located in the heart of Fort
Worth, the firm is recognized for its commitment to providing
aggressive, tailored legal representation that focuses on
protecting the rights and meeting the individual needs of our
clients. As an Associate Attorney, you will handle a dynamic range
of criminal cases, offering both challenge and immense professional
growth in a supportive environment. Represent clients in court for
criminal defense cases, especially DWI cases, with a high degree of
professionalism and efficacy. Draft, review, and negotiate legal
documents and agreements to ensure comprehensive legal protection
for our clients. Engage in case preparation, including strategies
and obtaining and organizing evidence. Maintain ongoing
communication with clients, informing them of their case status and
providing guidance through the legal process. Collaborate with
other attorneys, paralegals, and the legal support team to manage
cases from inception through trial. Stay up-to-date with changes in
criminal law and statutory changes to better serve and inform
clients and ensure compliance with current laws. Strong analytical
abilities and proven skills in legal research and writing.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client
interactions. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight
deadlines. Detailed knowledge of procedural and substantive
criminal law. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
