Job Description Job Description Job Title: Shipping Associate Location: Fort Worth, TX 76155 Schedule: Sunday– Thursday, 10:45 am- 7:15 pm Pay: $19 Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and reliable Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in shipping operations and be committed to maintaining an efficient, accurate, and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments Verify order accuracy and inspect products before shipping Create and process shipping documentation (BOLs, labels, manifests) Load and unload trucks as needed Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Work closely with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure smooth operations Requirements: Previous experience as a Shipping Associate in a warehouse environment is required Must pass a Federal background check (no felonies or misdemeanors) Must pass a drug test Ability to lift up to [insert weight if needed] Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Competitive hourly pay $19/hr Opportunity for growth and career development About Ascend Staffing Ascend Staffing has been connecting great people with real opportunities for over 50 years.
