Job Description Job Description Job Description Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble and disassemble parts and subassemblies, conduct inspections, and perform maintenance and repairs as needed. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and disassemble parts and subassemblies following schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions Conduct thorough inspections to check for defects and ensure assembled products meet specifications Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to maintain production quality Utilize a range of hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively to complete assembly tasks Position and align components manually or using hoists to facilitate accurate assembly Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards. Prepare for assembly work by studying parts lists and gathering necessary tools and materials Verify specifications by measuring completed components and making adjustments as needed Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance and addressing any malfunctions Document production and quality actions by completing necessary forms and reports Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of mechanical principles with the ability to work confidently with tools and machinery High attention to detail to ensure accurate assembly according to provided instructions Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve assembly challenges Physical ability to lift and handle heavy objects as part of the assembly process Experience in mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, or related fields Commitment to safety procedures and quality control Dexterity and hand-eye coordination for assembling small components. Ability to distinguish different colors as required
