About Our Client: Our client is a leading US manufacturer and
distributor of building materials. They partner with clients in the
construction industry to supply them with materials to build and
renovate residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
Job Description: Our client is seeking an experience professional
to lead and manage the Oracle Cloud Procurement track, serving as
the primary liaison between business users, process owners, and the
product vendor. This role involves overseeing day to day service
delivery, triaging and resolving high-priority functional issues,
managing service levels, and supporting new enhancements. The ideal
candidate will have strong function knowledge of procurement
processes, hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud modules and
excellent communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between Business Process Owners and end
users.
Participate in daily Procurement stand-up meetings, as well as
weekly and monthly meetings.
Manage all activities related to the Procurement track, including
incident and enhancement prioritization.
Triage and resolve high-priority functional tickets, including
incidents and problems.
Collaborate with business users to gather additional information
for Procurement-related tickets.
Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for
enhancements and assist with prioritization.
Ensure end-user satisfaction through effective communication and
issue resolution.
Perform impact analysis for new Oracle Cloud releases affecting the
Procurement track.
Gather business requirements and work with functional analysts on
solution design, effort estimation, and delivery timelines.
Manage and monitor service levels within the Procurement track.
Communicate any risks related to service level breaches to business
users.
Manage and track Oracle Service Requests (SRs) for the Procurement
track.
Work with the Delivery Manager to escalate unresolved SRs as
needed.
Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules including: Purchasing,
Self Service Procurement, Supplier Management (Sourcing,
Agreements), Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Supply
Planning, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Maintenance
Experience in Application Management Service Delivery.
Strong functional business process knowledge related to the
Procurement track.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Procurement Management, or a
related field.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud, including configuration,
triage, and incident/problem resolution within the Procurement
track.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Procurement Management, or a
related field
Pay & Benefits:
$150,000 to $170,000 salary plus bonus opportunities
