    • Located about 10 minutes from downtown Fort Worth, near TCU, in the award-winning Burleson ISD school district, offering a low cost of living.The role you'll contribute:The Senior Employee Experience Partner (EEP) is responsible for day-to-day guidance, support, and expertise in implementing and administering HR policies, procedures, and programs. This individual serves as the first line of HR contact, owning the employee experience. Responsibilities include onboarding, supporting self-service tools and HR Shared Services, executing local HR programs, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.The value you'll bring to the team:General Duties
      • Facilitate employee experience services, including onboarding, compliance monitoring, and HR project execution.
      • Coordinate office administrative support, promote the HR operating model, and assist with employee engagement and recognition events, onboarding, and other HR initiatives.
      • Oversee employee badge administration to ensure compliance.Workforce Planning & Org Design
        • Assist HRBP with workforce planning and organizational design activities.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
          • Support candidate and new hire experience, including interview prep, onboarding, orientation, and compliance with immigration regulations.Compliance
            • Manage compliance documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting, escalating issues as needed.Performance Management & Talent Development
              • Track and document performance management compliance, conduct exit interviews, and facilitate repayment programs.Compensation & Pay Programs
                • Monitor compliance for compensation programs, support employee wellness, and manage tuition reimbursement and PDO donation programs.Rewards, Recognition & Engagement
                  • Manage employee events, recognition programs, and communication initiatives.HR Analytics
                    • Monitor HR metrics, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
                      • High School Diploma
                      • 7+ years of Human Resources or related experiencePreferred qualifications:
                        • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business, or related field
                        • 2+ years of HR experience in a healthcare setting (highly preferred)
                        • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI or SHRM-CP certification
