Job Description:
Class A CDL Texas Regional Truck Driver openings at SOAR
Transportation!Regional Solo base pay $0.55 a mile PLUS $6,000
Sign-on Bonus.Home weekly (34 hour restart) or depending on runs
and home location possibly home multiple times a week.*
Refrigerated and Dry freight.* Dedicated Load Planner, CSR and
Fleet Manager.* Average annual pay $62-$70k per year plus first
year sign on bonus ($6k).Incentive Bonus Plan: up to $0.10 a mile
in bonuses (productivity, services, fuel and safety).Additional
Compensation:* Operational Layover $50 per 24 hours from last
delivery.* Detention pay, $25 per hour after 2 free hours with a
max of $125.* Local Load/Deliveries $50 per load less than 75
miles.* Breakdown pay $50 per 24 hours from breakdown.* $300
Orientation pay.* Extra Stop pay ($20 per additional stop excluding
pick up and final stop).* Holiday Pay: $150.00 on company observed
holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day) Approved by Manager working on
that Holiday.Driver Requirements:* At least one (1) year OTR
experience.* 23 years of age.* Clean MVR and driving history.*
