Position Details:
Title: Boiler Service Technician
Location: Dallas, TX
Shift: Normal day shift field service hours Monday - Friday.
Compensation: Base rate determined by experience/qualifications + O/T + relocation.
o $25-29/hr. for boiler trainees, who will on average take 6-months to pass self-paced boiler room essentials class, which includes basic skills and assessments using company methodology.
o $30-$34/hr. for techs who understand combustion, troubleshoot interlocks, read & wire based off schematic, troubleshoot without schematics, can do planned boiler maintenance, & know steam.
o $35/hr. and up for techs qualified boiler technicians with significant boiler systems maintenance.

Travel: Limited travel

Position Description: Provide preventative maintenance, inspections, and provide troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of equipment at customer locations. Perform newly installed boiler startups, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and multimeters/combustion analyzers/test equipment to test, fire, troubleshoot, and set boilers at customer sites. Install, upgrade, and maintain combustion control equipment, including controls, burners, transformers, and transmitters. Maintain accurate work orders, service records, documentation, inventory, tools, and equipment for service.

Requirements: Experience: Two (2) or more years of boiler experience - OR - Five (5) or more years' experience in Commercial/Industrial HVAC maintenance with full-understanding of HVAC systems operations and maintenance programs with related experience. High School diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Customer service with excellent discipline & responsiveness to service business. Strong mechanical & electrical background. Ability to troubleshoot boilers and auxiliary equipment & retro fit control systems.
