Job Description:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting data-driven decision-making across various business units.Your responsibilities will encompass data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization-contributing to the optimization of operations and enhancement of customer experiences.Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Integration: Gather and integrate data from diverse sources including internal databases, external APIs, and third-party vendors to ensure comprehensive datasets for analysis.
• Data Cleaning & Preparation: Perform data validation and preprocessing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of datasets in preparation for analysis.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze both structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver analytical support and data-driven recommendations.
• Tool Development & Automation: Assist in developing and maintaining automated reporting tools and dashboards to streamline data access and support strategic decision-making.Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of data management principles and database structures.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience: Internship or prior experience in data analysis is advantageous but not mandatory.Preferred Qualifications
    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare data and industry standards is beneficial.Certifications:
      • Certifications in data analytics tools or methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate).
