earnings can range from $50-$75K)
Salary: $23.53-$24.82 per hour/$47,412.95-$50,012 annually -

We're looking for Sales Representatives for our Richardson, TX
office who are driven, solution-oriented, and ready to gain
expertise in an ever-expanding field. We're seeking outstanding
associates who want to kickstart a fulfilling career with one of
the fastest-growing divisions at GEICO. As a Sales Representative,
you will build rapport with inbound callers to Insure businesses
across the country, with a variety of product options at your
disposal. Our Sales Representatives use compassion and persuasion
skills to uncover customer needs, guide customers through relevant
coverage options while preparing quotes, and convert quotes to
policies. You'll provide outstanding service and salesmanship to
show customers the value that comes with being a GEICO
policyholder. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced and competitive

to be part of a great team. Qualifications & Skills:
- Desire to learn and leverage knowledge to develop your
skills
- Minimum of 1 year Sales experience is required
- Entrepreneurial experience or professional office
experience
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to listen actively and present complex information
clearly
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call
center environment
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or
currently pursuing preferred Preferred Qualifications:
- Active P&C Producer License
- 2 or more years of sales experience
- Commercial Insurance Sales experience
- Associates Degree #geico300
