Manager of Vehicle Services Training to lead and enhance training
programs tailored for automotive operations. The ideal candidate
will oversee the development, execution, and assessment of training
modules that cater to employees across various sectors, including
car manufacturing, dealership operations, and customer services.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in
training within the automotive industry, who can innovate and
integrate advanced training solutions that contribute to the growth
and efficiency of Cox Automotive. Develop and implement training
programs across all levels of automotive operations Work
collaboratively with department heads to assess training needs and
tailor programs accordingly Oversee and manage the training team to
ensure effective delivery of training sessions Regularly evaluate
training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed Stay abreast
of the latest automotive trends and technologies to incorporate
into training materials Manage the training budget effectively,
ensuring resource optimization Lead and mentor trainers to achieve
peak performance and professional development Strong leadership and
managerial skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, technology, and industry
trends Proficiency in designing and implementing training programs
Ability to analyze data and assess program effectiveness Medical

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications Training
