8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Type: 100% In-Office VIP Staffing is partnering
with a well-established, family-owned manufacturer and wholesaler
of retail and promotional packaging products in Carrollton, TX to
hire an Inside Sales & Customer Care Representative. This is a
great opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys
building relationships, working in a fast-paced office environment,
and earning commission on top of a strong base salary. What You’ll
Do Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to drive
repeat business Proactively reach out to new and former customers
to develop long-term accounts Meet and exceed monthly sales and
revenue goals Provide exceptional customer service by: Preparing
fast, accurate quotes Entering and processing customer orders
Recommending products based on customer needs Resolving questions
and issues efficiently Follow up on quotes, emails, marketing
campaigns, and open orders Maintain an organized sales pipeline and
track activity using internal sales tools Partner with internal
departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and sales
opportunities Support marketing efforts and attend trade shows as
needed What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of inside sales or
customer-facing experience Strong communication and follow-up
skills Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented Comfortable
working 100% in-office Promotional products or packaging industry
experience is a plus Pay Base Salary: $45,000 commission
