Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year based on performance What you can expect: We are an exciting, dynamic, and highly successful team. Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and reviews. Qualifications Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday 3 Years Kia or Automotive Sales Experience Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and basic math skills Interest in training additional sales associates once you get up to speed and working in a team environment Clean driving record & valid driver’s license Bi-Lingual a plus Vanguard Auto Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
